Step 1: Waist
Measure around your waist 3 inches below the navel. Keep the tape snug but not tight and keep the tape parallel to the floor all the way around.

Step 2: Hip
Measure around the fullest part of your hips. Keep the tape running straight and parallel to the floor.

Step 3: Inseam
Place the tape at the crotch and measure straight down the inside of the leg to the ankle bone.
