Free Exchanges and Returns

 

General Returns & Exchange

Quickly and easily return/exchange your products. We don’t ask many questions.

Here are our guidelines:

  • Click here to initiate a return/exchange. Provide us with your email address and the order ID.
  • We will take it up from here and you will receive instant communication from us.
  • Do return the product(s) to us in the original condition.
  • Please keep the tags on and receipts safe. No take-backs without them.
  • For Swimwear, we will only accept returns or exchanges if the tags & hygiene stickers are intact. Kindly upload an image proof of the same while applying for a return/exchange.
  • We’d love it if you could use the Blissclub packaging to return the product. The post card is all yours though.
  • You have 14 days to return the product. (some exception may apply)
  • We do not offer returns or exchanges on accessories.
  • We will refund the full amount (excluding shipping fee, if applied) during returns. We will initiate the refund in 24hrs from the date of us receiving the returned product (in its original condition).
  • The refund will be initiated within 24hrs and the amount will be credited in 7-10 working days as per banking norms.
  • For the Buy 2 Get 1 offer, Buy 1 Get 50% on second product, and Bundle Offers have no returns, only exchanges.
  • At the moment, we don’t offer exchanges or returns on international orders.
  • When do I have to self ship the product? - Though a specific courier may deliver products to your address, they may not have the service for reverse pick up facility. In such cases you will have to ship the product back to us. Please connect with us, so we can quickly share the address for return. (** We will refund upto 150/- as courier charges.)

Refunds

Refunds are quick and easy on all returns. Here are our guidelines:

  • We will keep you posted on the status of your refund request once the item is returned to us.
  • You will be refunded the full amount within 24 hours to your source account.
  • For COD orders, we will send you a link that will help you get your refund credited quickly.
