Returns & Exchange

If for any reason, you would want to return or exchange the product, we’d be heartbroken of course :(  but here’s all you need to know. 

  • To initiate your returns or exchange go to to enter your email/phone number and the Order ID.

  • We will initiate a return/exchange pickup, you can expect further communication via SMS/Email.

  • Please send the product(s) back to us in its original condition.
  • Keep the receipts and tags on! No take-backs if they’re off.
  • Try to use the BlissClub cover to pack the product. You can keep the postcard though ;) 
  • BTW! You’ve got 10 days to return them.
  • However, we do not offer returns/ exchanges on accessories.
  • In case of returns, we will refund the complete amount. The amount will reflect in your bank account 5-7 days from the day we receive the returned product in original condition.


In case you’ve cancelled an order or returned a product, we give our BlissQueens the option of a refund. Here’s a few things you'll have to remember:

  • Once we receive the item - we’ll send you an email/SMS to let you know of approval/rejection of your refund.
  • Once the refund is approved - the amount will be credited and reflected via your original mode of payment within 5-7 days.
  • For COD Orders - We will send a link via email and text. Quickly get your amount credited in your account.
