Return Policy

  1. Blissclub shall provide a 100% refund if the product (i) loses shape, (ii) loses colour, and/or (iii) tears; within 100 days of purchase. We guarantee the above since we have tested our products, check our durability certification here
  2. Procedure – 
    1. Click here to initiate a return. Provide us with your email address and the order ID.
    2. Please share a picture of the damage of the garment which has resulted in the refund.
    3. Please return the product(s) to the original source of purchase, i.e. returns for website purchase via the website and returns for retail purchase via the retail shop. 
    4. Kindly share the tags & the products in its original condition at the time of collection
    5. Upon completion of the above, Blissclub shall initiate the verification process.
    6. While Blissclub believes in putting the customer's needs first, it might be possible that, under some circumstances, if the return criteria is not satisfactorily met then the return can be put on hold until further clarifications.
    7. Upon approval from the Blissclub team, the refund shall be initiated to the source account within 72 hours of approval.
  3. Timeline – The 100 days’ timeline shall be calculated from the delivery date of the product, and shall not be extended /re-calculated if the product has been subsequently replaced.
  4. Limitation – The offer can be availed for either a single product or multiple products, as long as the products are part of one order. However, each customer can avail this offer only once.
  5. Restriction – The 100 Days Offer is not applicable to (i) tears, rips or snags caused by external objects, (ii) damage caused due to chlorine, heat, gas, bleach or any liquid about 50°C, and/or (iii) products purchased from market places / platforms, unauthorized retailers and/or third party resellers. unauthorized dealers. 

Refund Policy

For the “100 Days Buy & Try or 100% Refund Offer (“100 Days Offer”), please note:

  • Applicability – This offer is valid only for (i) The Ultimate Leggings, (ii) The Ultimate Flare Pants (iii) Power Up Sports Bra, (iv) All Terrain Track Pants, (v) On The Go Straight Pants, (vi) Breezy Boyfriend Tee, (vii) On The Go Slit Flare Pants, and (viii) Motivator Leggings which are purchased after June 10, 2023.
    1. Refund – BlissClub shall provide a 100% refund if the product (i) loses shape, (ii) loses colour, and/or (iii) tears; within 100 days of purchase, on the assumption of average usage of the product and that the customer washes the product once every 3 days, i.e. approximately 33 washes.
    2. Procedure – 

     

    1. Please return the product(s) to the original source of purchase, returns for retail purchase will be via the same retail store location from where the product was originally purchased. 
    2. Payment will be credited to the original source at discretion of the store staff post review of the defect in product

     

    1. Timeline – The 100 days’ timeline shall be calculated from the bill date of the product, and shall not be extended /re-calculated if the product has been subsequently replaced.

    General Returns & Exchange

    Quickly and easily return/exchange your products. We don’t ask many questions. 

    Here are our guidelines:

    • Click here to initiate a return/exchange. Provide us with your email address and the order ID.
    • We will take it up from here and you will receive instant communication from us.
    • Do return the product(s) to us in the original condition.
    • Please keep the tags on and receipts safe. No take-backs without them.
    • We’d love it if you could use the Blissclub packaging to return the product. The post card is all yours though.
    • You have 14 days to return the product. (some exception may apply)
    • We do not offer returns or exchanges on accessories.
    • We will refund the full amount during returns. Your source account will be credited within 24 hours from the date of us receiving the returned product (in its original condition)
    • For the Buy 2 Get 1 offer, no returns only exchanges.
    • For the Buy 1 Get 50% on second product, no returns only exchanges.

    Refunds

    Refunds are quick and easy on all returns. Here are our guidelines:

    • We will keep you posted on the status of your refund request once the item is returned to us.
    • You will be refunded the full amount within 24 hours to your source account.
    • For COD orders, we will send you a link that will help you get your refund credited quickly.
