How to check the status of the order?
Exchange/Return is applicable within 14 days of delivery & a refund to your source of payment. We don't offer returns/exchanges on accessories and panties.
Swimwear:
Exchange/Return accepted only if tags & hygiene stickers are intact. Please upload image proof while applying.
Offers (B2G1, B1G1, bundles):
Only exchanges are allowed; returns are not applicable.
What are the next steps after the exchange/refund request?
Once the request is raised, the products will be picked up from the delivery location. The exchange order will be shipped in 72hrs. In case of a return, your refund will be initiated within 24 hours and credited within 7-10 working days to your source account.
We do not offer exchange on already exchanged products.
How many products can I return?
You can return the products that you have placed a return request for . If an extra product is returned without putting a request in the system - we are not liable for refund/exchange.
How will I get my refund if I have placed a COD order?
Once we pick the package, you will get a secure Razorpay X link via email and text in 24 hours.The said amount will be credited to your account once the formalities are completed.
What if I returned the wrong product?
Always double check the product that is given back to us as once returned, the order cannot be shipped back to you.
When will I have to self-ship the product?
If your area is not serviceable for reverse pickup—even if deliveries happen there—you’ll need to ship the product back to us. Please contact us, and we’ll share the return address right away.
A refund of up to ₹150 for the courier charges is applicable.
CATEGORY EXCHANGE?
How do I initiate a category exchange?
Click here- Exchange With Other Product, select a new product, size and colour of your liking. If there is a difference in price, the difference amount will need to be settled. Do proceed with raising an exchange request. Once the existing package has been picked up by us, we shall ship the new items straight to you.
Does the pickup and delivery of the exchange order occur at the same time?
No, the pickup for the returned product will take place first. Upon confirmation of a successful pickup, we initiate the shipment of the exchange order.
Can I add a coupon code while placing a category exchange?
No, there is no option to add a coupon code or gift card.
Will I get a refund if I want to return the category-exchanged product?
Yes, we shall initiate a refund.
What are the payment options available to pay the difference amount?
The difference amount is to be paid through Razorpay
Do I need to pay for shipping when exchanging a product?
There are no shipping fees levied for exchange orders.
Will I be charged any additional amount for an exchange?
If the new selected product is priced higher than your original order, the difference amount will need to be settled.
Note: Exchange is only applicable if the new product is of equal or higher value than the original item.
Why am I not able to choose a lower value product for a category exchange?
Category exchange is only applicable for an equal or higher value than the original item.
Why can’t I request an exchange for a different product on my exchange order request?
We do not offer exchange on already exchanged products.
Will the same discount be applied to the exchange order?
The coupon discount from the original order will not be applied to the category exchange order.
Is the exchange at an order level or product level?
Exchanges are processed at the product level.
For example, if you bought product A for ₹1299 (after discounts) and want to exchange it for Product B priced at ₹1999, you’ll need to settle the difference of ₹700.

What payment options are available?
Payment can be made through COD or prepaid options.
- COD will carry an additional nominal fee.
- Platform/Convenience fee is charged on all orders. These charges will not be refunded if the product is returned
How do I know that my payment was successful?
Once the order is confirmed, an Email and Whatsapp will be sent out marking the confirmation of said order. Reach out to Natasha from our Customer Bliss Team via WhatsApp/Email to cancel your order—or get help placing a new one.

Are there any convenience charges applied to my order?
A minor convenience fee will be added to your order at checkout.
Note: Convenience fee will not be refunded.
How can I change the address/phone details of my order after confirmation?
Please contact us within 15 minutes of placing your order for any address or phone number updates. Once the order is shipped, changes can’t be made.
How can I place an order?
Select a product of your choice, colour and size and proceed to the “add to cart” button below. Once done, you can verify your order before purchase and click the “place order” button. This will take you to the payment portal, which is the final step.
CANCELLATION?
How can I cancel my order?
You can reach out to Natasha in our Customer Bliss Team to help you with cancelling the order via Whatsapp or Email hi@myblissclub.in. FYI, you can only cancel the order upto the time it is in the Ready to Ship Status!
How will I get my refund if I have cancelled my pre-paid order?
Once we cancel the order, we will refund the amount back to your source account in 7-10 working days as per banking norms.
How can I cancel my order which is already in transit?
Once your order is in transit, we’re unable to cancel it. However, you may refuse the delivery by informing the delivery partner.
DELIVERY RELATED QUESTIONS?
When does the order get shipped?
We get your package shipped within 2-3 days from the date of order confirmation. In cases of a pre-order, the dispatch date will be mentioned while you add your products to the cart.
How long does it take to deliver the package?
Package delivery is based on your PIN code. In any case, your package will be delivered between 1-10 working days. For further details, do reach out to Natasha at hi@myblissclub.in
How can I opt for faster delivery?
Currently, we do not have any service to expedite the order delivery.
Do we sell on other market places?
We are available on Nykaa, Ajio, Amazon, Myntra & more.
When will my pre-order get shipped?
We will ship the package as per the dispatch date mentioned at the time of placing the order. If there are any further delays, we shall keep you informed via Email & WhatsApp.

On the checkout page, click on "Redeem Blisscoins" under payment methods. Once clicked, enter your OTP. This will reveal how many Blisscoins are earned.
HOW MANY BLISSCOINS CAN BE REDEEMED ON AN ORDER?
-Min. order value of ₹599 redeem ₹50 off with 500 Blisscoins
-Min order value of ₹1490 redeem ₹200 off with 2000 Blisscoins
-Min order value of ₹2490 redeem ₹350 off with 3500 Blisscoins
-Min order value of ₹3990 redeem ₹500 off with 5000 Blisscoins

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I EARN BLISSCOINS FOR REVIEWING?
Earn Blisscoins on a maximum of 3 reviews. While submitting the review form, please ensure to use the same email address used to login to the rewards program. It takes 24 hours for the review to be verified and processed.
HOW TO REUSE BLISSCOINS ON RETURNED PRODUCTS?
Coins will be credited back to your account once the product reaches our warehouse.
CAN THERE BE A COMBINATION OF BLISSCOINS & OTHER OFFERS?
The Blisscoins cannot be combined with any other discount coupons.
IS THERE AN EXPIRY DATE FOR BLISSCOINS?
Blisscoins expire in an year.
International FAQ's
ORDER-RELATED QUESTIONS?
Just add the product(s) of your choice to cart and choose from the available payment options. Our international shipping is currently limited to the United States, but will be expanded to other countries soon. International orders will not be applicable for returns, exchanges or cancellations.
Can I place an order from the app?
International orders can only be placed through our website.
How will I know if my order was placed successfully?
Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please do check your spam mails & if said mail is marked as spam move the same email to your inbox to receive important updates about your order.
Is there a minimum order value for international orders?
No, there is no minimum order value for orders outside India.
PAYMENT-RELATED QUESTIONS?
Blissclub is supported by Razorpay, a payment gateway that accepts payments via all international credit and debit cards. Please note, payment is collected in Indian rupees (INR) and daily exchange rates may apply.
**Currency conversion charges may apply, the final amount will reflect after checkout.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery is not applicable on international orders.
Can I use my Blisscoins on international orders?
Yes, Blisscoins can be used on international orders.
I tried to make a payment, but it failed or an amount was deducted, but the order was not placed successfully. What should I do?
The amount paid for your package is safe.
- If you're unsure whether your order was successful, please check your email (including spam/junk) for a confirmation message.
- If you haven’t received one, reach out to our Customer Bliss Team via WhatsApp (+91 99000 01845) or email (hi@myblissclub.in) for assistance.
- In case the payment was deducted but the order didn’t go through, the amount will be refunded to your original payment source within 10–12 working days.
How can I change the address/phone details of my order after confirmation?
Change of delivery address is possible before the order has been shipped; i.e, until the ‘Ready to Ship’ stage. Do get in touch with Natasha from our Customer Bliss Team via WhatApp (+91 99000 01845) or email (hi@myblissclub.in).
However, once the order has been shipped, your address can’t be changed.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS?
At the moment, we don’t offer exchanges or returns on international orders.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS?
Unfortunately, your order can’t be edited or cancelled once confirmed. If you’d like to add more items to your order, a new order will have to be placed.
