GOT AN ORDER RELATED QUESTION?
Placing an international order with us is super easy. Just add the product(s) of your choice to cart and choose from the available payment options. Our international shipping is currently limited to the USA, but we’re working hard to deliver to more countries soon. Please note that since your order will travel a long, long way to be with you, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on international orders.
Can I place the order from your APP?
I know how excited you are about our APP , but for now you can place international orders only through the website.
How will I know if my order was placed successfully?
Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please don’t forget to check your spam and move us to your inbox so you don’t miss important updates from us :)
Is there a minimum order value for international orders?
Absolutely not! We’re happy to deliver any order, big or small.
GOT A PAYMENT RELATED QUESTION?
Blissclub is supported by Razorpay, a payment gateway that accepts payments via all international credit and debit cards. Please note, payment is collected in Indian rupees (INR) and daily exchange rates may apply.
**Currency conversion charges may apply, the final amount will reflect after checkout.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Unfortunately, we don’t accept cash on delivery on international orders.
Can I use my Blisscoins on international orders?
Absolutely! Please redeem available Blisscoins at the time of checkout for a sweet little discount on your Bliss buy.
I tried to make a payment, but it failed or an amount was deducted, but the order was not placed successfully. What should I do?
Don’t worry, your money is absolutely safe.
In case you’re not sure if your order was successful, please check your inbox. A successful order is confirmed via email, which may land in your spam or junk folder. If there’s nothing there or in your inbox, please get in touch with Natasha from our Customer Bliss Team via WhatApp (+91 99000 01845) or email (hi@myblissclub.in) to check if your order went through.
In case your order was unsuccessful but the amount was deducted, the amount will be reversed to your source account within 10-12 working days.
How can I change the address/phone details of my order after confirmation?
You can change the delivery address before the order has been shipped; i.e, until the ‘Ready to Ship’ stage. Just get in touch with Natasha from our Customer Bliss Team via WhatApp (+91 99000 01845) or email (hi@myblissclub.in). However, once the order has been shipped, your address can’t be changed. You can change your number at any time, though.

We are currently shipping internationally only to the US.
Which courier company handles international orders?
Our international orders are shipped via Delhivery.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the products. This amount is added to your cart value and is visible at the time of checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders once shipped are typically delivered within 10-12 working days. Deliveries may be delayed due to factors like public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.
Can I opt to have my order delivered sooner?
We know you can’t wait for your dose of Bliss. Unfortunately, we don’t accept express delivery requests at the moment.
What if my order is undelivered?
If for any reason your order cannot be delivered, the total amount will be refunded to your source account. However, in case you’re unavailable to accept the delivery or reject the order for any reason, shipping charges will not be refunded.
What if the order has a missing item? How can I report the same? Will I get a refund for the missing item in my order?
Please share an unboxing video to report missing items and mail it to hi@myblissclub.in. We’ll get back with a resolution at the earliest.
GOT AN EXCHANGES AND RETURNS QUESTION?
At the moment, we don’t offer exchanges or returns on international orders. We definitely want you to be happy with your Bliss buy though, so please reach out to us for help picking the size, fabric or style for you.
GOT A CANCELLATION QUESTION?
Unfortunately, your order can’t be edited or cancelled once confirmed. If you’d like to add more items to your order, though, please feel free to place a new order, and we’ll try our best to make sure all your items are shipped to you at the earliest.

How to check the status of the order?
We love to keep you updated through the entire process post having placed your order. You will receive a shipping update from us via e-mail and WhatsApp, you can track the status of your order using the same link or here
Are shipping charges applied to my order?
A minor shipping fee will be added to order on checkout.
How can I change the address/phone details of my order after confirmation?
Please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order to update the address or phone number. However, once the order has been shipped, address changes are not possible!

When does the order get shipped?
We get your package shipped within 2-3 days of order confirmation! In cases of a pre- order, the dispatch date will be explicitly shown while you add to cart!
How long does it take to deliver the package?
Your package will get delivered based on your pin code - it can take anywhere between 1-10 working days for your order to reach you. In case you need more details, you can reach out to Natasha at hi@myblissclub.in
How can I opt for faster delivery?
Currently we do not have any service to expedite the order delivery. The number of days for your order delivery will be based on your pin code. In future, if we start offering such a service, we will send out a message to you about this! P.S - we’re also available on Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart and Nykaa so you can check us out there in case you need your Ultimate Collection sooner!
When will my pre - order get shipped?
We will ship the package as per the dispatch date mentioned at the time of placing the order. If there are any further logistical delays we will shoot you an immediate update regarding the order status!

We have a super easy and hassle free return policy. Just head on here Return Portal
What is our exchange/refund policy?
What’s awesome about shopping with us is that if you want to change your order, you can do it within 14 days of delivery - we offer an easy exchange for sizes & colours in the same product category and a refund to your source of payment. However, we don't offer returns/exchanges on Accessories and Panties. You can go to Return Portal.
**For Swimwear, we will only accept returns or exchanges if the tags & hygiene stickers are intact. Kindly upload an image proof of the same while applying for a return/exchange.
**For offers like B2G1, B1G1 or any bundle offers, we don not offer returns, but only exchanges are applicable.
What is your exchange/refund process?
Once you place an exchange/refund request on the website, we'll have the order picked up. After the package reaches our warehouse, we'll have your replaced item shipped over to you in no time OR in case of a return, your refund will be initiated within 24 hours and credited within 5-7 working days to your source account.
How will I get my refund if I have placed a COD order?
When you put in a return request with us, once the pick up is done you will get a RazorpayX link via email and text in 24hrs. You can get the amount credited in your account by adding the required details.
What if I returned the wrong product?
Hey BlissQueen! Please double-check the products you're returning. If the wrong product is sent, we will not be able to return the product back to you - as retrieval involves manual effort and may result in errors.
GOT A CATEGORY EXCHANGE QUESTION?
How do I initiate a category exchange?
You can click here on Exchange With Other Product, select the correct product, size and color that for your wish. You will have to pay the difference between the items. Once you place an exchange request on the website, we'll have the order picked up. After the product is picked, we'll ship your exchange order in no time!
Does the pickup and delivery of the exchange order occur at the same time?
No, the pickup for the return product will happen first and once we have the confirmation that the pick-up is successful, we will ship the exchange order.
Can I add a coupon code while placing a category exchange?
No, there is no option to add a coupon code.
Will I get a refund if I want to return the category exchanged product?
Yes, we will initiate a refund.
What are the payment options available to pay the difference amount?
The difference amount has to be paid through Razor-pay.
Do I need to pay for shipping when exchanging a product?
Not at all!! We don’t charge shipping fees for exchange orders.
Will I be charged any additional amount for an exchange?
If you select a product with a higher price than your original order you will have to pay the difference amount and proceed with the exchange request.
Note - You can exchange products only with the same or higher price products.
Why am I not able to choose the lower value products for category exchange?
Right now, the category exchange is made available for higher price products. Trust us, this is work in progress.
I'm unable to raise an exchange request for a different product for my exchanged order, why?
Once an order has been exchanged, you cannot switch to a different category. However, you can exchange it for a different color or size of the same product.
Will the same discount be applied on the exchange order?
The coupon discount from the original order will not be applied on the exchange order.
Is the exchange at an order level or item level?
The exchange happens at product level. (If the product value that you paid after coupon/offer discount is ₹1299/- for product A and product B is at ₹1399/-. If you choose to exchange product A ₹1299/- and the product of your choice for category exchange is priced at ₹1999/-(ASP value) then the difference that you must pay is ₹1999-₹1299 = ₹700/-. Pls note the exchange is at product level.
WHEN WILL I HAVE TO SELF-SHIP THE PRODUCT?
Though a specific courier may deliver products to your address, they may not have the service for reverse pick up facility. In such cases you will have to ship the product back to us. Please connect with us, so we can quickly share the address for return.
** We will refund upto 150/- as courier charges.

How can I be a part of the BlissClub Referral Program?
1. Just head on to our referral page (https://blissclub.com/pages/referral-page)

Here are some things you need to know to make this rewards program work for you :)
Blisscoins earned on each purchase will be credited to your account once the order is shipped.
You can redeem your blisscoins at checkout on the payments page. Click on "Redeem Blisscoins" under payment methods. Once clicked, enter your OTP so we can understand how many blisscoins are available in your account. The number of blisscoins you can redeem depends on the amount that you are shopping for. This has been specified in the next section.
1) ₹50 off by using 500 BlissCoins, min order value ₹599.
2) ₹200 off by using 2000 BlissCoins, min order value ₹1490.
3) ₹350 off by using 3500 BlissCoins, min order value ₹2490.

How can I cancel my order?
You can reach out to Natasha in our Customer Bliss Team to help you with cancelling the order via Whatsapp or Email hi@myblissclub.in. FYI, you can only cancel the order upto the time it is in the Ready to Ship Status!
How will I get my refund if I have cancelled my pre-paid order?
Once we cancel the order, we will refund the amount back to your source account in 5 to 7 working days.
How can I cancel my order which is already in transit?
Once the order is in transit, cancellation from our end won’t be possible! But you can reject the delivery and tell the delivery partner that you want to cancel and hopefully come back super soon to shop with us again!
